Welcome to The Complex

The Complex, conveniently located in Bellevue next to MusicWorks Northwest, is a non-profit offering a variety of training & development opportunities and recreational classes for all ages and ability levels. We specialize in:

  • Martial Arts & Kickboxing
  • Breakdancing

The Complex is a One-Stop-Shop "powerhouse" for the community. We provide a unique approach to coaching athletes and performers through the CONNECT All-Star Cheer Teams, Hip Hop Dance Company and a variety of tumbling and fitness classes. We believe in:
